Warranty and Returns
We want to make things simple for our customers. Our phones / email / livechat are manned 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays. if you have any questions please contact us.
Before returning your system please ensure you have created a backup of all your personal data and software - we may not be able to guarantee to keep your data in the event your system needs to be replaced.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Please note that if we need to send you a replacement, we will need to receive the system back from you BEFORE we can despatch another system.
If you wish to cancel your order;
Before we've despatched it - please call us and let us know as soon as possible.
Once we have despatched your order - Within fourteen days of receipt notify us that you no longer require your order.
Please call +44 (0)161 694 3710 or email sales@seamlessit.com with your order number and we will issue you with an RMA number so that you can return the item to us.
You will be refunded in full for the cost of your order; you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.
Problem with your order?
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the fault. Depending on the issue we may be able to resolve it or arrange for the unit to be collected from you.
Warranty Disclaimer
Please note that warranties offered by Seamless IT DO NOT cover batteries as we are not able to guarantee the length of charge held. Standard warranty period is usually twelve months; unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Warranties are return to base, this means after 14 calendar days it is the customer's responsibility to return the unit back to our Warehouse (M24 2RW) in the same way as you would have return an item to a physical shop.
We will repair or replace your product and ship it back to you within seven working days of receipt.
Warranty Coverage
The refurbished equipment that we sell is covered by our warranty, the duration of the warranty will depend on the unit you have purchased and any options you have added. Our standard warranty for all models is twelve months from date of delivery (unless your online order clearly states a longer period).
The warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as ink or batteries. The warranty does not cover any problems which arise through misuse or accidental damage.
If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period, please call +44 (0)161 694 3710 or email sales@seamlessit.com with your order number (or the email address you used to order if you can’t find it) and/or the Serial Number of the unit (found on the underside of laptops and on the side of PCs) and we will issue you with an RMA number so that you can return the item to us.
In some cases where original manufacturer’s warranty exists it may be resolvable with them, we will of course assist you with any information you may require.
In the first fourteen days (Dead on Arrival DOA period) we will collect the unit from you via courier. After this period the cost of returning any item will fall to the buyer. In all cases you must ensure that your unit is packaged safely.
All units will be returned to you free of charge.
Seamless IT Returns and Warranty Repair Process
1. Unit is sent/collected and sent back to Seamless IT (day 1*)
2. Unit is received at Seamless IT (day 2*)
3. Unit is processed for Repair (day 2-4*) if there are any problems with the unit that cannot be repaired
4. Unit is sent back to you with our courier on a next business day service (day 3-5*)
5. Unit is received back with you (day 4-6*)
*Please note days are given to set your expectation; it is entirely possible we will turn around your warranty repair within a few working days.

In the event we are not able to repair any fault we will replace your machine with the same or higher specification.
